You may cancel ongoing monthly services with 30 days' written notice. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Project-based fees for completed milestones are non-refundable once approved by the client. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta) is not refundable by NexaBoost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexaBoost's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms (Google, Meta) that affect your campaigns.
You agree to indemnify and hold NexaBoost harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence or misconduct, or any materials you provide that infringe third-party rights.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
